This Privacy Policy explains how Radist collects and uses information when you visit our website, create an account, use our dashboard, or connect applications to our APIs and SDKs.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication provider data, project settings, API keys, billing details, usage records, support messages, and limited technical logs needed to operate the service. When you initiate a paid checkout, we also record the account, project, selected plan and prices, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the versions of the pricing disclosures and terms presented to you.
3. Real-Time Data
Radist processes real-time session metadata and traffic only as needed to establish, route, secure, and measure communication sessions. We do not use customer media or data traffic for advertising.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, secure accounts, process payments, measure usage, troubleshoot reliability, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
5. Data Location
Radist is designed around EU-resident processing for real-time infrastructure and service metadata. Some operational providers, such as payment or identity services, may process limited account or billing information according to their own terms and safeguards.
6. Sharing
We share information with service providers only when needed to operate Radist, with your organization's authorized users, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users.
7. Retention and Rights
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Checkout authorization evidence, including the initiating IP address and user agent, is retained for up to 24 months. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data.
