How Radist handles data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Radist collects and uses information when you visit our website, create an account, use our dashboard, or connect applications to our APIs and SDKs.

We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication provider data, project settings, API keys, billing details, usage records, support messages, and limited technical logs needed to operate the service. When you initiate a paid checkout, we also record the account, project, selected plan and prices, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the versions of the pricing disclosures and terms presented to you.

Radist processes real-time session metadata and traffic only as needed to establish, route, secure, and measure communication sessions. We do not use customer media or data traffic for advertising.

We measure how our website and dashboard are used with our own analytics, built in-house and running on our own EU infrastructure. There is no third-party analytics provider, and no data is sold, shared, or used for advertising. We set no cookies for analytics and store nothing on your device, so no consent banner is required. We do not store your IP address: it is combined with a secret that we destroy every day to produce a temporary identifier, which means visits cannot be linked back to you or connected across days. We record the pages visited, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, your approximate device type, browser, and operating system, and events such as button clicks, sign-up, and project creation. If you are signed in, activity in the dashboard is associated with your account so we can understand how the product is used. Raw records are deleted after 90 days, leaving only anonymous aggregate counts. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our own service, and you may object at any time. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we collect nothing at all.

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, secure accounts, process payments, measure usage, troubleshoot reliability, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Radist is designed around EU-resident processing for real-time infrastructure and service metadata. Some operational providers, such as payment or identity services, may process limited account or billing information according to their own terms and safeguards.

We share information with service providers only when needed to operate Radist, with your organization's authorized users, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Checkout authorization evidence, including the initiating IP address and user agent, is retained for up to 24 months. Analytics records are retained for 90 days. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data.
