Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Parties
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Radist Systems AB, a Swedish limited company with registration number 559586-3878, having its registered office in Sweden ("Radist", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
These Terms govern access to Radist websites, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and all related services operated by Radist Systems AB.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for safeguarding credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account or projects.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Radist to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, probe infrastructure without permission, or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content, media, metadata, and application data you submit to or transmit through Radist. You grant Radist Systems AB the limited rights needed to provide, secure, monitor, and improve the service.
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves, and we may suspend access when needed to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
7. Billing
Paid plans and metered usage are billed according to the pricing presented before purchase and in your account. Plus renews automatically each month until canceled. The recurring subscription fee is charged at the start of each billing period, and usage above the included allowances is billed according to the displayed rates. You are responsible for applicable taxes, valid payment information, and charges generated by your projects.
8. Termination
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, when the project returns to the Free plan. Subscription and usage charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law, and metered usage incurred before cancellation takes effect may be invoiced after cancellation. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, payment fails, or continued use creates risk for the service or other users.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by the courts of Sweden, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
