These Terms govern access to Radist websites, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for safeguarding credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account or projects.

You may not use Radist to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, probe infrastructure without permission, or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
4. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content, media, metadata, and application data you submit to or transmit through Radist. You grant Radist the limited rights needed to provide, secure, monitor, and improve the service.
